There are 67 projects participating in this competition, including 30 projects of secondary school students from 9 Education and Training Departments and 37 projects of high school students from 16 high schools in the province. Mr. Ngo Ngoc Thu, Deputy Director of the provincial Department of Education and Training said that “the provincial science and technology contest for high school students was held annually to create a useful playground and encourage high school students to study science; technical innovation, technologies and applying subject knowledge to solve practical problems.
The competition contributes to renewing the teaching organization form and method of assessing learning results, improving the quality of teaching and learning in secondary education institutions. Through the competition, the organizers will select high-winning projects to continue participating in the national science and technology competition for high school students in 2020.
